Founded in 1964, Tomassen merged with Bangkok Ranch in 2017. After establishing the BR-Group in 2009, Duck To Holding and Bangkok Ranch are now both under the BR-Group label. Bangkok Ranch and Lucky Duck International Food are also under the BR-Group label as of 2009
